Comment and Information for 2009 Halton Counts:

1. Stations that are considered "Manual only" were the MTO stations.
   
   
2. The count period was between 6:00 am to 8:00 pm straight.
   
   
3. The "Manual & ATR" stations were the majority of Halton stations.
   • Manual counts were between 7:00 am to 9:30 am, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
   • To complete the gaps between 6:00 am to 8:00 pm count period, ATR data was used.
   • The "ATR" stations were only counted with ATR equipment due to remote and/or low volume locations.

4. Please note that Stations 2117, 2904, 3180 and 3212 were counted Manually by the Region of Peel.
   
   
5. Station 5007 - Hwy 6 norh o Hw 403 was under construction during 2009 and the intersection at Plains Rd closed off.
